For digital purchases, the email address you enter at checkout is your starting point. Here are the steps to find your instructions, open your content and get help when something is not working.
From checkout to reading
- Enter the right emailUse an account you can access and check for typos before confirming your order.
- Check your paymentAccess follows successful payment. If payment is pending, check your order status before trying again.
- Open the delivery instructionsYour order confirmation and access message may arrive separately. Digital instructions go to your checkout email according to the timing stated in the offer.
- Access your contentDownload the included file or follow the activation steps. Keep the message so you can find the link again.
Cannot find the email?
Check Spam, Junk and Promotions. Search for “Mindspire” or the title you bought and verify the email on your order. Do not pay a second time simply because you cannot find the message.
If the stated delivery time has passed, contact support with your order number and purchase email.
Link or file not opening?
Check the required format and reading software on the product page. Try the link in an updated browser and open downloaded files in a compatible app. When writing to us, include your device, browser and error message. Avoid sharing access links or codes publicly.
Entered the wrong address?
Contact us with your order number and details that identify the purchase. Verification may be needed before an address is changed or access is restored. We do not ask for your email password.
Downloads, accounts and updates
For downloadable files, keep a personal copy where the license allows it. For online content, follow the service’s instructions. Access duration, download limits and included updates are those stated for your purchased edition.
Apps and online services
When a purchase includes an interactive service, the email explains how to activate your account, open the platform or download the compatible app. Requirements and terms are specified in that offer.
Printed editions on Amazon
A digital purchase on Mindspire does not include a printed shipment. A print edition, when linked from the product page, requires a separate Amazon order. For delivery of that order, refer to the channel where you placed it.
