Delivery and access

A problem with a purchase
For failed delivery, damaged files, duplicate charges or content that does not match its description, contact support. Include the order number, purchase email and a description of the problem. This information helps us assess what happened and identify the applicable remedy.
Mandatory rights for failure to supply or nonconforming content remain in place. Digital format alone does not create a blanket exclusion of refunds or other remedies provided by law.
Withdrawal for European consumers
Where European rules apply, distance purchases normally include a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, loss of the withdrawal right when supply starts requires the applicable legal conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgment of that loss. Sending an email alone does not constitute that consent.

Read the edition’s license for personal use, printing and authorized access. Purchasing a file does not automatically include the right to resell it, redistribute it or share its download link.
